Is there a fee to join or annual fees with CapexMD?

There is no cost to join our network of partners and there are no annual fees.

Do you provide training for financial counselors?

Yes, onboarding your practice includes a detailed training, so that you are comfortable understanding all of the processes and referring patients. Additionally, we are happy to do refresher trainings for new team members.

Do you disburse funds to provider or patient?

All funds are disbursed to providers, ensuring the loan is used for the intended purpose of proceeding with their fertility treatment/needs.

Can patients include other costs/fees in your loans?

Yes, we partner with clinics, pharmacies, egg banks, cryobanks, laboratories, and more! Disbursement of funds to each provider is completed, at the time the loan is finalized.

How do our patients know they are on the correct application page?

Our systems will display your logo, to ensure the patient is confident in proceeding with the application.

Does applying or borrowing from CapexMD impact my credit score?

CapexMD uses a soft credit inquiry on all applications, which has no impact on your credit score. Unlike traditional lenders, CapexMD does not run a hard credit inquiry even if you accept our loan offer. CapexMD does report your loan balance and payment history to credit bureaus. So while applying and funding a loan does not hurt your credit score, paying on time can help you build your credit, while late payments could negatively impact your score.

What do you use to decide if patients qualify for a loan?

After speaking with the patient, we review a variety of criteria to determine how much we can assist with and what the terms will be.

Do you market our patients with products, sell their information, or sell the loan?

No, all information is retained internally, for full confidentiality. We are not a broker, thus retain all loans for servicing and customer service.

Do you publicize us on your website?

Yes, our website links to yours, so that prospecting patients can visit your site.

Do you provide marketing materials?

Yes, you will receive all details needed to update your website and hard copy brochures for waiting rooms and/or new patient packets.
